The Queue shows the selected account’s posts and their current states. A retry is only successful when the post’s resulting status confirms it.

Before you start

Choose the workspace and social account whose posts you want to review. Your role must allow the action you choose.

Open the feature

Choose Publish > Queue.

Steps

  1. Select the social account, then choose Future, Pending, Sent or Failed.
  2. Use Filter By to narrow the post type. Open a post to inspect its text, media and status.
  3. Open the page menu for Shuffle Posts, Export CSV or Delete All. Review the selected account and scope before confirming a bulk action.
  4. Use the selection checkboxes to delete selected posts. For an individual post, open its action menu and choose the available edit, retry, reschedule or repost action. If the post was scheduled together with others, Edit first asks whether to edit this post only or all the posts in the group; see Edit a group of posts together.
  5. Use Instagram Grid View or TikTok Grid View for a supported Instagram or TikTok account. In the date list, use Create New on the intended day to open the composer.
  6. After an action, refresh the relevant status tab and confirm the result. If a deletion offers Undo, use it while the notice remains visible.

Expected result

On the Pending tab, each post shows why it has not gone out yet, with one line explaining it:

  • Waiting for you: you publish this post yourself from your phone. See Prepare a post for mobile notification publishing.
  • Reminder not delivered: the reminder did not reach your phone.
  • Queue paused, Plan limit reached, Payment failed or Account needs reconnecting: the post is on hold until you resume the queue, your plan allows more posts, your payment goes through, or the account is reconnected.
  • Publishing: Social Champ is sending the post now.
  • Rescheduled: the network limits how often Social Champ can post to the account, so it moved the post to a new time. The post shows that time, for example "moved this post to 2:05 PM", in your workspace timezone. If the time is not available, it says it is trying again in a moment.
  • Retrying, attempt 1 of 3 (up to 3): the last attempt did not get through and Social Champ is trying again.
  • Preparing media: the image or video is still being processed.
  • Needs attention: the post has been stuck for longer than expected. Reschedule it, or contact support.
  • Pending: no reason could be found. If the post stays here, contact support.

On the Sent tab, each published post shows the reactions, comments, views, shares and clicks its network reports. Click See Analytics to open the post in Analytics. Until the first numbers arrive you see Insights usually arrive within 24 hours of publishing. The same limits apply as on the calendar; see Duplicate, delete or move a post to Drafts from Calendar.

A post that still needs an approver is not on the Pending tab. On the calendar it shows Approval Pending with Waiting for approval: the post is in the approval queue and goes out once an approver accepts it. These reasons are not shown on a shared calendar. Plan limit reached and Payment failed are billing details, so they are shown only to the account owner and to admins the owner has given billing access; other team members see the other reasons, or Pending.

Example

Filter one test account to Failed, inspect the error, then reschedule only the failed post.

Limits and permissions

Manage Queue opens the queue settings so you can change its timetable.

  • Actions depend on post status, network and permissions.
  • Deleting a Social Champ record and deleting a published post from its network are different actions. Use the network-delete action only when offered and read its confirmation.
  • Undo applies only to supported Social Champ deletions; it does not restore a post removed from a social network.
  • Each time shown beside a post is in your workspace time zone using the offset in force on that post's own date, so posts either side of a daylight-saving change show the right hour.

Troubleshooting

  • A post is missing: clear filters and check the account and status tab.
  • Only part of a post failed: inspect the failed accounts or follow-up action before retrying to avoid duplicate publishing.

A trial reel shows a Trial reel label next to its time. A version of a reel test shows Reel test · Version A (or B, C) and opens the test when you click it. See Test reel versions.
