The selected profiles use the saved X Suite allocation when the server accepts the change.

Before you start

Use the account owner or an authorized admin account. Connect the X profiles you want to allocate and check your purchased X Suite capacity.

Open the feature

Open Settings > Workspace > Social Accounts. Open an X profile’s menu and choose Switch to X Suite, or use the unallocated-capacity prompt.

Steps

  1. In X Suite management, review the connected profiles and available slots.
  2. Move the intended profiles into the X Suite allocation pane using the available selection or drag controls.
  3. Click Save.
  4. Read Confirm assignment and choose Yes, continue only when the allocation is correct.
  5. Check the resulting profile allocation. If capacity is missing, use Add more X Suite profiles to review the purchase flow separately.

Reduce purchased X Suite slots

  1. Open Settings > Billing > Change Plan and reduce the X Suite quantity under Add-ons. Review the price and submit the intended billing change.
  2. If more profiles are active in X Suite than the new allowance permits, Slot reduction detected opens. Review the old and new slot counts and the profiles' workspace names.
  3. Select exactly the number of profiles the dialog asks you to remove. The selection counter shows your progress.
  4. Read the warning: the removed profiles lose X Suite Analytics & Engage access immediately when the change takes effect, but remain in Publish.
  5. Choose Remove & Save to continue with that selection, or Cancel to stop the billing change.
  6. Complete any remaining billing steps and check both the saved quantity and the profiles' allocation.

If the new allowance still covers all active profiles, there is no removal picker. Reducing unused slots does not require selecting a profile. Remove & Save records the selection for checkout; check the final billing result before assuming the reduction succeeded.

Expected result

The selected profiles use the saved X Suite allocation when the server accepts the change.

Example

Allocate an already purchased slot to a connected test X profile.

Limits and permissions

  • Allocation management is restricted to the owner and authorized admins.
  • Purchasing capacity and allocating it to profiles are separate steps.
  • The dialog’s available slots constrain the number of assigned profiles.

Troubleshooting

  • No slots are available: review your purchased capacity before assigning another profile.
  • A profile is missing: connect it first and check workspace access.
  • Remove & Save is greyed out: select the required number of active X Suite profiles. If the list cannot load, retry after reloading billing rather than guessing which profiles will be removed.
