Buy add-ons for your plan

Billing shows the accepted add-on quantities after successful checkout. A failed or incomplete payment does not establish that capacity was added.

Before you start

Use the account owner or an admin who has billing access. Review the current plan, payment method and capacity before making a purchase.

Open the feature

Open Settings > Billing > Change Plan (or Upgrade Plan on a free plan or trial), then expand Add-ons on the Billing Settings page.

Steps

1. Keep your intended plan selected and review the add-ons available for it. The free plan does not show the Add-ons card.
2. Set the required quantities for social accounts, team members or other offered capacity.
3. Review the price, billing interval, total and payment method shown by the checkout.
4. Confirm the purchase only after reviewing those details and complete any payment authentication.
5. Return to billing to confirm the subscription update. Allocate purchased X Suite slots separately if applicable.

Add or remove Listening

When Listening is offered for your selected plan, use its Add Listening switch to include or remove the add-on. Review the features and price shown, then check Order Summary before completing checkout. Switching it off in the form is a proposed change until checkout succeeds.

The purchase switch is plan-dependent. A missing switch does not by itself mean Listening is unavailable: check what your plan already includes. Before removing access, read the freeze and recovery guidance in Create a Listening query.

Add Advocacy and advocate seats

1. If offered, turn on Add Advocacy to include the base product and the displayed number of advocate seats.
2. Use Advocacy packs, where offered, to add more seats. Each pack adds the number shown on the card; check Total seats after changing the quantity.
3. To reduce extra seats, lower the pack quantity. To remove a separately purchased base product, turn off its switch where available.
4. Review the resulting seats and total price, complete checkout, then check billing before inviting more advocates.

Some plans already include Advocacy, while others offer it as a purchase or do not offer it. The base switch and seat-pack controls are not shown for every plan. Buying seats does not invite advocates automatically; see Invite advocates.

Buy or resize Recycle capacity

On an eligible paid plan, find Recycle and change Recycle packs. Each pack adds the displayed number of collections, campaigns and collection posts. The capacity summary updates as you change the quantity; these are three separate allowances, not one shared post count.

Check Bill Monthly or Bill Yearly and the updated price in Order Summary, then complete checkout. Before reducing packs, compare your existing Recycle usage with the smaller allowance and review any plan-change warning. Purchasing capacity does not create a collection or start a campaign.

Change media storage

Use Media storage packs to adjust storage shared across your workspaces. Before reducing or removing packs, read Change Media Library storage capacity, including the warning about overflow files being locked and deleted after 30 days.

Limits and permissions

You can open add-ons directly from Settings > Billing > Add-ons, as well as through Change Plan.

• Availability and prices depend on the current plan and checkout.
• Billing access is account-wide, even when you entered from one workspace.

Troubleshooting

• The purchase does not complete: check payment status and the displayed error before retrying.
• Capacity still looks unchanged: reload billing and confirm the purchase completed before buying again.
