Send an issue and attachments to support from the profile menu.

Before you start

Sign in to the account the issue concerns. Remove passwords and tokens from attachments.

Open the feature

Open your profile menu and choose Submit a ticket. On a branded portal, use your agency’s support contact instead.

Steps

  1. Describe the problem in Issue.
  2. Add optional Attachments.
  3. Click Submit and wait for confirmation.
  4. Click Done to close the receipt.

Expected result

The form shows Ticket received after a successful response. Confirmation means the support conversation was created. Its details, issue text and attachments are each sent once and never re-sent automatically; if one cannot be saved the ticket is kept and support sees an incomplete conversation, so mention any missing attachment when support replies. Delivery and reply timing need live confirmation.

Limits and permissions

The server accepts at most five attachments, each at most 10 MB. Authentication and request rate limits apply. The issue is required. A failure to create the conversation shows an error and nothing was saved. Do not send the same issue again after Ticket received. A conversation might have been partly saved after a connection error, so check with support before repeatedly submitting the same issue. Non-production environments show a simulated response. The support conversation uses your signed-in account name and email; supplied details cannot impersonate another customer. Replies go to that email.

Example

Describe a failed scheduled post, include its time and an image of the error with private information removed, then submit it.

Troubleshooting

If Submit is disabled, enter an issue and wait for any request to finish. If an attachment is rejected, reduce its size or remove it. A connection error does not prove a ticket was delivered; check the result before sending the same issue again. If the form is unavailable, use the support contact option available in your account.
