Reuse a named selection of social accounts.

Before you start

Choose the intended workspace and confirm which profiles belong in the group.

Open the feature

Open the composer’s social-account selector and choose Quick Select.

Steps

  1. Choose Create new in Quick Select.
  2. Enter Group Name and choose profiles under Select Social Accounts.
  3. Choose Add to save the group.
  4. Reopen Quick Select, search for the group and select it.
  5. Check the selected account chips before writing or scheduling.
  6. Use the group’s edit control to update its name or accounts.

Expected result

Selecting the group applies its available profiles to the current account picker.

Example

Create a Launch group containing your company’s Facebook and LinkedIn Pages.

Use last selection

Where Social Champ has turned on "never preselect" for the composer (for a specific login and workspace), Use last selection (n) appears next to Quick Select and selects the accounts from your last scheduled, published or draft post in this workspace. It is personal to you: other team members don't see it. See Create and schedule a post.

Limits and permissions

Names must be 2–50 characters and a group needs at least one social account. Use Update to save an edit, or Delete and confirm Are you sure? to remove a group. You can copy the Quick Select ID for bulk-upload CSV files.

  • A group is a selection shortcut; it does not grant access to its profiles.
  • Disconnected, locked or unavailable profiles may still need attention before publishing.
  • Different screens can restrict which profiles they accept.

Troubleshooting

  • The group is missing: check the workspace and clear the search.
  • A profile is absent: check its connection, access and availability on the current screen.
  • The form will not save: resolve its name and account-selection validation.
