Read invoices and payment history
On this page
Find your past payments and open a receipt to download or forward.
Before you start
- You need to be the account owner, or an admin the owner has given billing access.
- If you manage more than one account, switch to the account that pays for the subscription.
Open the feature
Open Settings, then choose Billing > Invoices. The list is also on Billing > Summary, under Invoices & Receipts.
Steps
- Wait for the Invoices & Receipts list to load.
- Find the payment by its Date and Amount.
- Click View Invoice next to it. The receipt opens in a new tab.
- Download or print the receipt from that tab.
Update billing information
As the account owner, open Billing > Summary > Billing Information, update the supported billing details and save. Admin billing access does not include editing this information. Review the saved information before your next purchase or invoice. Do not assume an edit retroactively changes invoices already issued.
Expected result
You see one row for each successful payment, with its date and amount. If there are no payments yet, you see No receipts to show.
Example
Your accountant needs last month's receipt. Open Settings > Billing > Invoices, find the row with last month's date and click View Invoice. Save the receipt from the new tab and email it to your accountant.
Limits and permissions
- Only successful payments appear. Failed payment attempts aren't listed.
- The list shows your most recent payments.
- To change your card, open Billing > Card Details. To change your plan, open Billing > Change Plan.
- The account owner can update the name, address or VAT number under Billing Information on the Summary page.
Troubleshooting
- You see "Limited Access": ask the account owner to turn on Allow access to Billing Settings for you.
- A payment is missing: check you're in the account that pays for the subscription. Payments made from another Social Champ account appear there instead.
- The list doesn't load: reload the page. If it still fails, contact support with the message you see. Never share your card number.
