Read wallet credit and expiry dates

Check the credit available in your Social Champ wallet and when each credit expires.

Before you start

Use an account with access to billing. Wallet availability depends on your account.

Open the feature

Choose Settings > Billing > Wallet.

Steps

1. Read Wallet Balance.
2. Review Transaction activity for the amount, coupon code, date added, expiry date, remaining amount and status.
3. Compare an entry’s expiry date and status before counting it as available credit.
4. If you have a valid code, use Redeem code and follow the displayed instructions.

Expected result

The wallet shows the current balance and a history of active and expired coupon credits.

Example

Before using a credit, check its expiry date and remaining amount in Transaction activity.

Limits and permissions

• Coupon balance can only be used inside Social Champ.
• Expired entries display a dash for the remaining amount.
• Check the coupon terms as well as the expiry date displayed for its wallet entry.

Troubleshooting

• No coupons yet: no coupon entries are listed for this account.
• Credit is unavailable: check its status, expiry date and remaining amount.
• The wallet does not load: retry and confirm you selected the intended billing account.
