Manage the assistant’s brand profile

Teach the assistant the voice and visual style you want it to use.

Before you start

Select the intended workspace and prepare reference posts or assets that accurately represent the brand. Available controls depend on your role and enabled features.

Open the feature

Open the assistant in full screen and choose Brand voice or Set up brand profile.

Steps

1. Choose the network or channel to configure.
2. Choose Learn from posts and select the references to use.
3. Submit the selected references and wait for learning to finish.
4. Review the resulting voice and visual-style description.
5. Choose Edit manually to correct the learned profile, or Re-learn from posts to choose better references.
6. Review a newly generated draft before using it.

Review voice, visual style and reference images

Review Voice and Visual style separately. In the reference picker, choose representative posts or upload reference images, then learn or re-learn the profile. Deselecting a reference changes the selection; Delete permanently removes an uploaded reference from the brand kit. Read the confirmation before deleting it.

Control workspace telemetry

At the bottom of the brand panel, workspace admins can switch telemetry On or Off; Unavailable means the setting could not be loaded under Switch telemetry. This controls the assistant's per-turn metrics for the workspace. It does not delete chats or brand profiles. Check the saved state after changing it.

Expected result

The brand panel shows the profile for the selected channel. Future generated content can use that context, but still needs review.

Example

Select representative LinkedIn posts, then edit the learned tone if it sounds too formal.

Limits and permissions

• Profiles are tied to workspace and channel context.
• Learning can use AI services and applicable usage allowances.
• Learning and manual editing change future generation context; they do not rewrite existing published posts.

Troubleshooting

• Nothing learned yet: choose reference posts for that channel.
• The learned style is inaccurate: edit it or choose more representative references.
• The panel cannot load: check the connection and reopen it in the intended workspace.
