Generate a batch of posts with the assistant

Ask the assistant to prepare several post drafts using your brand voice.

Before you start

Select the intended workspace, review its brand profile and check the assistant’s autonomy settings and available usage.

Open the feature

Open the assistant in full screen and ask it to prepare the posts you need in a conversation.

Steps

1. If the screen asks you to set up your brand profile, complete that setup first.
2. Describe the posts you need, including the subject, audience, networks and timing.
3. Wait for the response and review every draft’s network, text, media and suggested timing.
4. Ask for corrections where needed.
5. Use a draft’s composer action to finish it.
6. Check the actual calendar status before asking for another scheduling action.

Expected result

The assistant returns the work supported by your request and account. The final count and any actions depend on the response, limits and autonomy settings.

Example

Generate a week of product tips, correct unsupported claims, then move approved drafts to the composer.

Limits and permissions

• Each request consumes applicable AI usage.
• Generation does not guarantee five or seven usable posts.
• Autonomy settings can allow actions beyond drafting; review them before sending the request.

Troubleshooting

• The assistant is disconnected: restore the connection before trying again.
• The response stopped partway: inspect the existing results and calendar before requesting another batch.
