Save reference photos of a product, mascot or person for use in AI-generated images.

Before you start

Select the intended workspace and prepare clear photos you are allowed to use. The Brand Assets feature must be available to your account.

Open the feature

Open the assistant’s Brand voice panel and find Brand Assets.

Steps

  1. Choose Add asset.
  2. Choose the asset type and enter its name. Add an optional description.
  3. Upload between one and five reference photos and wait for uploads to finish. Remove any incorrect photos.
  4. For a person, confirm their consent to use their likeness in AI-generated images only if you have it.
  5. Choose Save asset and check the saved entry.
  6. Use its edit action to update the details or photos, then choose Save changes. Use its delete action only when you intend to remove the reference asset.

Expected result

The saved workspace asset is available as reference context for supported image generation. Review generated images before using them.

Example

Add clear photos of a product from several angles so generated promotional images can refer to its appearance.

Limits and permissions

Each reference photo can be up to 10 MB. Brand Assets must be enabled by the service before the section appears.

  • Each asset requires a name and one to five photos.
  • Person assets require the displayed consent confirmation.
  • The feature and generation depend on your access and usage allowances.
  • Reference photos do not guarantee an exact reproduction.

Troubleshooting

  • Brand Assets is absent: the feature may not be enabled.
  • Save is disabled: check the name, uploads and any required consent.
  • An upload fails: follow its error and replace the failed photo.
  • Results look inaccurate: improve the photos and description, then review a new result.
