Read Link in Bio analytics
On this page
See visits and clicks for a Link in Bio page.
Before you start
Create a Link in Bio page. Real results appear after people visit it or click its content.
Open the feature
Choose Analytics > Link in Bio.
Steps
- Open Select a page and choose your page.
- Select the date range.
- Read Page visits, Link clicks, Click rate and Post clicks in Overview.
- Review Total visitors, Clicks per link and Clicks on posts.
- Use the table sort or download controls to inspect results. Use Export for the formats offered on this page. For a PDF or PPT, click Select metrics to choose which Overview cards the report includes; see Create an analytics report.
- To keep the setup, select Save this view next to the page title. The view saves the page, the dates and the Overview cards hidden in Customize. See Save and manage analytics views.
Open analytics from the page list
On the newer Link in bio page list, choose Link Analytics in the header. Select the intended page and reporting period before comparing results. The older Link in Bio experience does not show this header action.
Expected result
The report updates for the chosen page and dates. Link and post tables show which destinations received clicks.
Example
Choose your café’s page and last week’s dates, then compare menu-link clicks with reservation-link clicks.
Limits and permissions
- Clicks per link includes clicks on links that have since been turned off.
- Demo View shows sample results.
- This report is scoped to a page, not a social profile.
Troubleshooting
- No Link in bio pages yet: create a page first.
- The report could not load: choose Try again. A loading error does not mean your page has no visits.
- Export is disabled: wait for a report to load.
Separate visits from destination clicks
Page visits counts visits to the selected page; Link clicks concerns its links; Post clicks concerns the post grid. Review Click rate together with the visits and clicks used by the report, rather than treating it as a social engagement rate. Clicks per link includes disabled links with historical clicks. Clicks on posts is a separate table.
Select another page in Select a page to change the report's scope. Use the table sorting/download actions where offered, then inspect the export preview. A page with no visits and a report that failed to load are different states: use Try again for the latter. Demo View cannot confirm that page tracking is receiving real visits.
Sort each click table independently
Use the sort control on Clicks per link separately from Clicks on posts. Where keyboard controls are offered, focus the sort action and press Enter or Space. Each table has its own download action; downloading one table is not the full page report. Dismiss the demo banner without confusing that action with turning Demo View off.
