Build one page of links you can share from Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn or anywhere else that allows a single bio link.

Before you start

  • Check you're in the right workspace. Pages belong to the workspace you create them in.
  • Decide how to start. Use a connected account fills the page with an account's photo, bio and post grid. Start without an account gives you a blank page, which suits a campaign, a client, or a TikTok or LinkedIn bio.

Open the feature

Open Settings, then choose Workspace > Link in Bio. The Link in bio page opens.

Steps

  1. Click Create page.
  2. In Create a bio page, choose Use a connected account or Start without an account, then click Continue.
  3. If you chose a connected account, pick it in Pick your account and click Continue. The page editor opens.
  4. In Your page link, type the name you want after the web address. It saves when you click away from the box.
  5. Click Change photo to add a picture, then type a Name and a Bio.
  6. Click Add Link. Type a Button name and a Button URL, then choose a Button layout: Horizontal or Square.
  7. To add more buttons, click Add another link. Drag a button to change its order.
  8. To show your posts on the page, click Add Your Posts under Grid Posts (Optional) and pick an Instagram or TikTok account.
  9. Click Save.

Manage buttons and the post grid

In a button's menu, use Remove, Disable or Duplicate as needed. Duplication still uses a button slot. Review the enabled buttons and save the page after editing.

Use Add Your Posts to connect the supported account's grid, then manage the selected grid content in the editor. Check the published page after saving so you can confirm the visible buttons and grid.

Expected result

Your page appears in Link in bio pages with its Page Link. Visitors can't see it until you publish it. See Publish a Link in Bio page.

Example

To make a page for an event, click Create page, choose Start without an account and click Continue. In Your page link, type spring-fair. Type a Name and Bio, then click Add Link. Type Register in Button name, paste your sign-up page in Button URL, and click Save.

Limits and permissions

  • Link in Bio depends on your plan and needs permission to manage social accounts.
  • You can add up to 3 buttons to a page.
  • Name is required and can be up to 30 characters. Bio can be up to 150 characters.
  • Your page link must be 3 to 30 characters. Use letters, numbers, dots, hyphens and underscores, starting and ending with a letter or number.
  • Each connected account can have one page. Accounts that already have one show Page exists.
  • A Square button shows an image taken from its link.
  • If you click Cancel on a new page before adding anything, the page is discarded.

Troubleshooting

  • Create page is missing and the page asks for an Instagram Business account: you are seeing the older Link in Bio experience. Connect an Instagram Business account in this workspace, then return to Link in Bio. The standalone-page creation steps above apply to the newer experience.

  • You see "Your current plan doesn't include Link in bio": upgrade to a plan that includes it.

  • An account shows Page exists: that account already has a page. Find it in Link in bio pages and edit it instead.

  • You see "That username already exists. Please choose another one.": type a different page link.

  • Add another link is missing: you've reached the limit of 3 buttons. Remove or edit one.

  • Add Your Posts won't accept an account: the post grid works with Instagram and TikTok accounts only.
