Read Network Overview
On this page
Inspect detailed metrics for a connected social account.
Before you start
Connect a social account and select its workspace.
Open the feature
Choose Analytics > Network Overview.
Steps
- Select the social account.
- Choose the date range.
- Scroll through the available audience, follower, engagement, impressions and reach sections.
- Review any additional network-specific sections, such as video views or watch time.
- Compare the same account and metric across periods when assessing a change.
Download an individual chart
Use a chart's download control where offered to save that chart. Check the selected accounts, date range and chart title first. Downloading one chart is separate from exporting the full report.
Expected result
The detailed charts show the metrics supported by the selected network.
Example
Choose your video channel and compare video views with watch time for the same month.
Limits and permissions
Different networks expose different measures. A section can be absent because that metric is unsupported. For example, a Facebook Page has no Reach section, because Meta retired that metric in June 2026. Demo results are sample data.
Troubleshooting
- No account is selected: choose one before setting dates.
- A metric is missing: check which metrics the selected network supports.
- Loading has not finished: wait before treating a blank chart as zero.
- Data Unavailable appears: the account has no data for the selected dates. Choose a wider range, or select Learn more for common reasons.
Detailed metric reference
Network Overview expands the supported measures into their individual breakdown charts. Depending on the selected profile, these can include:
- Audience and followers.
- Engagement, impressions and reach.
- Viewers and card impressions.
- Bookings, interactions and brand awareness.
- Video views, watch time, view performance and hosted-video measures.
Each network supplies a different subset; these are not a promise that every connected profile shows every section. Read the breakdown label beside each graph and its units. Watch time is a duration, reach concerns people/accounts, and impressions concern exposures; avoid comparing those raw totals as if they were the same measure. Use the individual chart download where offered, or return to Overview for a full report export.
