Make your Link in Bio page live, copy its link and add it to your social profiles.

Before you start

  • Create your page first. See Create a Link in Bio page.
  • Check the page's links and text. Visitors see whatever the page shows once it's published.

Open the feature

Open Settings, then choose Workspace > Link in Bio. Your pages are listed under Link in bio pages.

Steps

  1. Find your page in Link in bio pages. To filter the list, type in Search.
  2. Turn on the Publish Page toggle in the page's row. You can also click Edit Page and turn on Publish page in the editor.
  3. Click the copy icon next to the Page Link to copy it.
  4. To check what visitors see, click Edit Page, then click View as others.
  5. Paste the link into the bio or website field of your social profiles.
  6. To change the page later, click Edit Page, make your changes and click Save.

Expected result

You see Page published successfully!, and anyone with the link can open your page. When you save changes, visitors see them through the same link. Posts that already include the link don't need updating.

Example

Your page is ready and you want it in your Instagram bio. Open Settings > Workspace > Link in Bio and turn on Publish Page in the page's row. Click the copy icon next to the Page Link, then paste the link into the website field of your Instagram profile in the Instagram app.

Limits and permissions

  • Publishing a page depends on your plan and needs permission to manage social accounts.
  • Changing Your page link gives the page a new address. Links you've already shared will stop working, so update them everywhere.
  • Switching Publish Page off hides the page. Visitors see Sorry, this page isn't available.
  • Each social account can have only one published page.
  • To remove a page for good, click Edit Page, then Delete page.

Troubleshooting

  • Visitors see "Sorry, this page isn't available": turn on Publish Page for the page and check the link matches Your page link.
  • You see "We can’t publish to this account": the account is already part of another published Link in bio page. Unpublish that page first.
  • You see "Page publishing is restricted for this account.": the page is locked, so you can't publish or edit it.
  • Visitors still see old content: check you clicked Save after editing, then refresh the page.
