Filter the calendar

Narrow Calendar down to the accounts, statuses, post types and labels you want to see.

Before you start

• Check you're in the right workspace. Calendar only shows that workspace's posts.
• The filters you can use depend on the view. Post Status is only in Month and Week view.

Open the feature

Choose Calendar in the left sidebar. Pick a view at the top right: List, Month, Week or Grid.

Steps

1. Open the social account selector at the top left and tick the accounts you want to see.
2. Click Today, or use the arrows next to the date, to move to the dates you want.
3. Click Filters. The Filters panel opens.
4. Expand a section and tick the options you want:
   • Post Status: All, Pending, Future, Sent, External Posts, Partially Published, Failed, Pending Approval, Rejected or Drafts.
   • Post Type: how the post was scheduled (Scheduled Posts, Queue Posts, Bulk Posts, Recycle Posts, Repeat Posts, RSS Posts and more) or what it contains (Post with an image, Post with a video, Post with a Reel, Post with a Story).
   • Labels: the post labels you use in this workspace.
5. Click Apply.

Expected result

Calendar shows only the posts that match. The Filters button shows how many filters are on. Click a post to open it in the Post panel.

Example

To check which posts failed this week on your Facebook Page, pick only that Page in the social account selector and switch to Week. Click Filters, expand Post Status, tick Failed and click Apply. Click any post left on the calendar to see why it failed.

Limits and permissions

Board view offers Labels only; it does not offer Post Status or Post Type filters.

• Month and Week offer Post Status, Post Type and Labels. List offers Post Type, and has its own Future, Sent and Failed tabs.
• Grid shows one account at a time. Its Filters panel has a Post Type list of All, Scheduled Posts, Sent Posts, Pending Approval and Drafts.
• Delete all isn't available while a Post with an image, Post with a video, Post with a Reel or Post with a Story filter is on. Clear those filters first.
• Calendar shows times in the workspace's timezone.
• Posts published outside Social Champ show only with Post Status set to All or External Posts and Post Type set to All Posts. Sent shows only posts Social Champ published. See See posts published outside Social Champ.

Troubleshooting

• A post you expected is missing: click the x on the Filters button to clear all filters. Then check the selected accounts, the date range and the workspace.
• Post Status isn't in the Filters panel: switch to Month or Week view.
• Apply is greyed out: every section is still set to All. Tick a specific option first.

Calendar language availability

Some Calendar controls still use English text. Selecting another interface language does not guarantee every Calendar label is translated. If translated text is unavailable, use the visible English labels in this guide; report an unreadable label separately from a missing calendar post.

Filters in List view

List view supports one Post Type at a time. Labels is available in other supported calendar views. Hidden labels and status filters do not count toward List view’s filter badge; use the List tabs to choose the displayed post status. A saved selection with several types uses its first type in List view.
