Review posts your advocates suggest
On this page
The suggestion records its review outcome. Approval publishes the advocacy campaign for advocates; it is not evidence that each advocate has posted to a network.
Before you start
Use the brand-management context with permission to review advocacy suggestions.
Open the feature
Open Advocacy > Campaigns, then the suggestions tab.
Steps
- Filter suggestions by status and choose Review post for a pending suggestion.
- Read Suggested by, the content, media, link, category and topic in Review suggestion.
- Choose Need changes to write instructions to the advocate, then Send back.
- Choose Reject if the suggestion should not proceed, or Approve & publish when it is ready. Check the selected brand and content before approving.
- Check the resulting status. Use View campaign, View reason or Review changes where available.
Expected result
The suggestion records its review outcome. Approval publishes the advocacy campaign for advocates; it is not evidence that each advocate has posted to a network.
Example
Return a suggestion with a note asking the advocate to replace an expired offer link.
Limits and permissions
- Reviewing suggestions requires the appropriate brand-management role.
- A changes request must tell the advocate what needs changing.
Troubleshooting
- No suggestions appear: clear the status filter and check the brand.
- A request has already been reviewed: refresh before acting again.
Review the full suggestion
Inspect the author identity, media previews, link, category and topic alongside the caption. A broken media preview should be resolved before approval. For a previously reviewed suggestion, read the saved reviewer note and current status before attempting another action. Use the existing changes-request workflow instead of creating a second suggestion for the same revision.
Approve & publish makes an advocacy campaign available to its advocates. It does not automatically post on their connected networks. Return to the campaign list to check the resulting campaign; use its insights for subsequent advocate activity.
