Track your advocacy activity and use points for rewards offered by a brand.

Before you start

You must be an accepted advocate. Choose the intended brand context before comparing points or requesting a reward.

Open the feature

Choose Advocacy, then open My progress or your personal Leaderboard. Open the rewards catalog from the advocate experience when a brand offers rewards. The brand-management Rewards page is for administrators.

Steps

  1. On My progress, read campaigns shared, completed activity, points and streaks.
  2. Compare per-brand results when viewing all brands. Open View leaderboard where offered.
  3. On To do or Completed, click Rewards to open the rewards dialog. Open Catalog and read the reward’s description and points cost. Alternatively, use Redeem reward on a reward listed in My progress.
  4. If you want the reward, choose its redemption action and check the brand and points in Redeem this reward? before confirming.
  5. Open My redemptions to check the request’s status.

Expected result

Progress shows your activity. A reward request appears in your redemption history; the brand handles fulfilment.

Example

Check the points available with your café’s programme before requesting its mug reward, then return to My redemptions to check progress.

Limits and permissions

For a rejected suggested post, open Suggest a post to see What to change and Edit and resubmit; those controls are not on My progress itself.

  • Points earned with one brand cannot pay for another brand’s rewards.
  • A reward can be redeemed once per advocate.
  • Redemption is a request; fulfilment is handled manually by the brand.
  • A combined points total is not a balance you can spend across all brands.

Troubleshooting

  • Not enough points: check the balance for the reward’s brand.
  • No progress is available: confirm that you have accepted a programme invitation.
  • A reward has not arrived: check its status and contact the brand running the programme.

Read personal progress across brands

A single-brand view shows your rank and current streak in that programme. An all-brands view shows per-brand points/ranks and the best streak with its brand; it does not combine separate balances into one redeemable wallet. Review campaigns shared separately from campaigns completed and the on-time completion count.

The rewards list shows the brand, points cost, progress toward that cost and whether redemption is available or already recorded. My redemptions shows the request history and status. Pending means a request awaits handling; it does not mean a physical reward has shipped. Your recent suggestions can show What to change or an admin note; use Edit and resubmit only when changes were requested.
