The Campaigns & Collections card shows your latest active recycle campaigns and your most recently updated collections, for the workspace the dashboard is showing. It is read only: you create and change campaigns and collections in Recycle.

Before you start

  • Your plan must include Recycle. If it does not, the card says so instead of listing anything.
  • Team members need access to Recycle in the workspace. Account owners always see the card.

Open the feature

Choose the Home logo in the sidebar. The Campaigns & Collections card sits after Content pipeline. You can move, resize or hide it from Customize like any other card.

Steps

  1. Choose a workspace in the workspace switcher at the top of the dashboard, or choose All Workspaces. The card follows the workspace, not the date range: a campaign that is active is active today, whatever dates you pick.
  2. Read Active campaigns: up to three, newest first. Each row shows the collection the campaign recycles and how many posts it holds.
  3. Read Recent collections: up to three, most recently updated first, with their post counts.
  4. Select a campaign or a collection to open it in Recycle, or select View recycle to open Recycle itself. If the row belongs to another workspace, the dashboard switches to that workspace first.

Expected result

The pill next to each section title shows how many active campaigns or collections the workspace has in total, even when only three are listed. Under All Workspaces, each row names its workspace.

A post count is the number of posts the collection lists when you open it in Recycle.

Example

A workspace with five active campaigns shows the newest three under Active campaigns with a pill reading 5, such as "Evergreen blog reshares, from Blog posts Q3, 24 posts".

Limits and permissions

  • Account owners and admins see Create campaign and Create collection when a section is empty and the plan has room. Editors see the card without create links.
  • Team members without Recycle in the workspace see "You don't have access to recycle content." Ask an account owner for access.
  • When you have used every campaign on your plan, the card says "You have used all N campaigns on your plan. Delete one in Recycle to start another." Pausing a campaign does not free a slot. You can close the message; it comes back when the card next loads, for example in another workspace.
  • If your plan includes Recycle but no campaigns, the card says "Your plan doesn't include recycle campaigns. Your collections still work in Recycle."
  • With Show sample data on, the card shows example rows. Selecting them, or View recycle, asks you to turn the sample off first.

Troubleshooting

  • "Recycle is not on your current plan": your plan does not include Recycle. Select Learn more, or See plans if you manage billing.
  • "No collection" with "Its collection was deleted": the campaign still runs, but the collection it recycled was deleted. Open the campaign in Recycle and choose another collection.
  • "No collection" with "Not recycling anything yet": the campaign has no collection. Open it in Recycle and choose one.
  • "Nothing to publish": the campaign's collection has no posts. Add posts to the collection in Recycle.
  • "Its collection is in another workspace": the collection is in a workspace you cannot open. Ask an account owner.
  • "We couldn't load campaigns and collections.": nothing has changed in Recycle. Select Retry after a moment.
  • "We couldn't open that workspace. Please try again.": the dashboard could not switch to the row's workspace, for example because it was deleted or is no longer shared with you.

Create and dismiss card notices

When offered, use the create action in the Campaigns or Collections section to start that specific workflow. Review the destination form before saving. Dismissing a campaign-limit notice only hides the notice; it does not free a campaign slot. Use View recycle for the full lists and current limits.
