Configure a branded experience
On this page
Add your own name, logo, colors and login image so your clients see your brand instead of Social Champ's.
Before you start
- White Label depends on your plan and may not be available on your account yet.
- Only the account owner can open White Label.
- Get your files ready: a 100×100 pixel logo (PNG or JPG), a favicon (ICO or PNG, 100KB or less) and a login page image (PNG, JPG or WEBP, 3MB or less).
Open the feature
Click your profile picture to open your profile menu, then choose White Label. The Branding page opens.
Steps
- Type your brand's name in Brand Name.
- Under Brand Logo, click Upload and choose your logo.
- Under Brand colors, click the swatch for Primary Color and pick a color. Do the same for Login Page Background Color.
- Under Favicon, click Upload and choose your favicon.
- Under Login Page Image, click Upload and choose your image.
- In Preview, click Login Page and Components to see how your brand looks.
- Click Save.
Expected result
You see Branding settings saved successfully. Your branding appears on your branded domain once it's connected and active.
Example
To brand your agency portal, type "Northwind Social" in Brand Name. Upload your 100×100 logo, pick your brand's green as Primary Color and upload a team photo as Login Page Image. Check both Preview tabs, then click Save.
Limits and permissions
- Brand Name can be up to 120 characters.
- The logo must be exactly 100×100 pixels and 3MB or less.
- To remove one file, click the remove icon next to it. To clear everything, click Reset to default, then click Save.
- Save stays greyed out until you change something.
- Your branding shows on your own domain. To set one up, see Manage a branded domain.
- Links to your privacy policy and terms are set on the Domain and Email page.
Troubleshooting
- You see "Logo must be exactly 100x100 pixels.": resize your logo to 100×100 pixels and upload it again.
- You see "Image size should be 3MB or less." or "Favicon size should be 100KB or less.": compress the file and try again.
- You see "Could not read the image. Please try another file.": save the image again as PNG or JPG and upload it.
- You see "Failed to upload media. Please try again.": check your connection and click Save again.
- You don't see White Label in your profile menu: switch to your own account. Teammates can't open it, and it depends on your plan.
Preview and save individual branding changes
The Login Page preview shows the logo, brand name, login background/image and the locations of terms/privacy links. Components previews primary buttons, radio/toggle/checkbox controls and status badges. Use both previews to inspect contrast and legibility before saving. Preview controls demonstrate appearance; they do not log in a client or submit a form.
Open a color swatch to inspect the color picker and its HEX/RGB values. Primary color and login background are separate settings. Choose each deliberately; a visible preview change is not confirmation that the saved configuration changed. Use the remove icon to clear an individual asset, or Reset to default to reset the form, then Save to persist the intended result.
A selected local file can appear in preview before upload/save completes. Wait for success and reopen Branding to inspect the saved result. If the upload fails, retry with a supported file and keep a copy of your intended assets. Changing branding does not connect a domain or verify a sender address; follow those setup tasks separately.
Color picker details
Use the color area's saturation/brightness control and hue slider to adjust a swatch, or inspect its HEX and RGB values. Clear an individual color to return that setting to its fallback, then review both previews. The eyedropper uses browser support; if it is unavailable, use the picker controls instead. Cancelling the eyedropper does not apply a sampled color.
A valid custom HEX color uses three or six hexadecimal digits after #. Save stays unavailable while the form is unchanged, invalid or already submitting. The example login fields, buttons and status badges in Preview demonstrate appearance; use the real branded page to check login and legal-link destinations.
