Set branded legal links

Link the branded experience to your existing privacy policy and terms pages.

Before you start

Use the account owner with White Label access. Have the intended published HTTPS URLs ready. This screen stores links; it does not write or publish the policy documents themselves.

Open the feature

Open your profile menu > White Label > Domain and Email > Legal links.

Steps

1. Enter the Privacy Policy URL.
2. Enter the Terms & Conditions URL.
3. Check both addresses and choose Save.
4. Wait for Domain and email settings saved.
5. Inspect the branded login experience and open the links to confirm they lead to the intended pages.

Expected result

The saved legal-link configuration is available to the branded experience. Saving these links does not connect a domain or verify a sender.

Example

Save https://example.com/privacy and https://example.com/terms, then confirm both destinations from your branded login page.

Limits and permissions

• Supplied links must use HTTPS and be no longer than 2,048 characters.
• Empty values are permitted by the configuration; review the resulting branded experience rather than assuming a custom link remains.
• The Branding preview shows placement; inspect the saved live experience to check actual destinations.

Troubleshooting

• Enter a secure URL: use a complete HTTPS address.
• Save unavailable: check validation and whether you changed a value; wait for any configuration load to finish.
• Latest settings could not load: use Retry before editing.
• Wrong destination: correct the URL, save, and reopen the branded page to inspect it again.
